TC BOYS TENNIS SWEEPS EDINBURGH. The Triton Central boys tennis team kept its strong season rolling Tuesday night, shutting out Edinburgh 5-0 in varsity play and 4-0 in the junior varsity match. The Tigers dominated across the board in singles competition. At No. 1 singles, Brayden Hoover earned a 6-1, 6-2 win over Bailey Totten, while Bradyn Robinson cruised past Raiden Stanley 6-0, 6-1 at No. 2 singles. Talan Canter closed out the sweep in singles with a decisive 6-1, 6-1 victory against Braden Cox. In doubles play, Triton Central showed just as much control. The No. 1 doubles team of Max Crouse and Caleb McGuire blanked Jayson Music and Brinnyn Moss 6-0, 6-0. At No. 2 doubles, Drayton Kermode and Graham Gast handled Jayden Castillo and Charlie Roberts 6-2, 6-0 to complete the varsity sweep. The junior varsity squad matched that dominance, winning 4-0. Cash Eck (No. 1 singles) and Colton Ayres (No. 2 singles) earned singles wins, while the doubles duos of Owen Rice/Rylan Anderson and Brylon Scott/Jason Gregory also secured victories. With the win, Triton Central improves to 10-5 on the season. The Tigers will look to carry their momentum into their next matchup tonight, when they host Greenwood at 5 PM.
