TC CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT NEW PALESTINE. The Triton Central High School cross country teams competed Saturday in the New Palestine Dragon Invitational, continuing to build momentum as the postseason approaches. Sophomores Audrey Morris and Jason P’Pool once again led the way for the Tigers, maintaining their roles as the top runners for the girls and boys teams, respectively. Freshman Braydyn Hart turned in another impressive performance, lowering his personal-best time by nearly an additional minute compared to Tuesday’s race at the Mohawk Quad. His continued improvement highlights the progress the Tigers have made throughout the season. With the regular season winding down, Triton Central will now turn its attention to postseason competition. The Tigers will compete in the IHSAA Cross Country Sectional this Saturday morning at Franklin Community, looking to carry their hard work and continued improvement into the postseason.
