Triton Central

TC CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT HLC. It was another great weekend for the Triton Central Cross Country teams, as the Tigers competed in the Hoosier Legends Conference Championships at Blue River Park. The Tigers continued to show impressive growth throughout the season, with new personal bests set across the team. Sophomores Audrey Morris and Jason P’Pool once again led the way for the Tigers, retaining their roles as the top runners for the girls and boys teams, respectively. Several runners also reached significant milestones during the meet. P’Pool, Morris, and freshman Luke Starost each broke through new minute barriers in their races, while fellow freshman Hudson Watson came close to reaching the same milestone. A special shoutout goes to sophomore Lillian Siegel, who turned in one of the biggest improvements of the day by cutting nearly 2½ minutes off her time from her previous race. The Tigers have continued to make significant progress throughout the season, with personal records and improved times highlighting the hard work and dedication of the entire team.
